We are working with a leading law firm based in Taunton, who act on a range of public and private matters across the country. They have a fantastic opportunity and are looking for an entry level Office Assistant to join their team based at their Taunton office. This role will be supporting the office; ideal candidates will have a proactive, hardworking and flexible attitude in this position. Our client has a friendly, progressive and supportive working environment based in stylish offices. Typical duties as the Entry level Office Assistant will include:

  • Collecting post and distributing
  • Organising couriers
  • Scanning and photocopying documents
  • Reception cover on Mon-Wed (lunch times) and Thurs-Fri (all day)
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments
  • Printing and binding documents
  • Filing
  • Answering the telephone and responding to email enquiries
  • Setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments to clients
  • Any other general office duties as required

Skills and experience required to be considered for this role: A minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent qualification Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive, hardworking and conscientious attitude Professional nature Team player Hours - F/T - 100% site based (Monday to Friday) Salary - minimum wage + benefits
