Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting individuals recovering from stroke or neurological conditions? We are seeking a dynamic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Taunton.

About the Role

You will manage a varied caseload of adults with stroke and neurological conditions, providing high-quality assessment and intervention to support recovery, independence, and quality of life. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those you support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with stroke or neurological conditions.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
  • Provide support and advice to families and caregivers to facilitate ongoing recovery.
  • Contribute to service development and maintain up-to-date clinical records.
