This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of the team, offering both administrative and purchasing support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide thorough administrative support across multiple areas of the business.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a small administrative team, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and completed to a high standard
- Data Handling: Research, compile, and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Process Oversight: Ensure all relevant administrative, financial, and system processes are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date records through precise data entry.
- Buying Support: Assist with purchasing and procurement activities, including liaising with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Reporting & Liaison: Produce regular reports, liaise with key stakeholders, and provide essential support to the team.
Ideal Candidate:
This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills who is able to prioritise tasks effectively while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
A proactive individual with experience in buying or procurement would be particularly well-suited to this role.
Ideally, you will have administration experience within a Manufacturing/Production environment.
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 - with an early finish on Fridays!
Salary dependent in experience.
