Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is hiring an Office Coordinator to work in Taunton, Somerset on behalf of their client, the role is office-based, near the town centre. Working as part of the Operations team, as a personnel coordinator you will work closely with the team assisting them with their clients’ staffing requirements as well as completing all relevant paperwork as required.

You'll join a vibrant team in a fast-paced and fun atmosphere, with opportunities for career progression in various areas of the business. We're looking for candidates with prior office administration experience only. 

The working hours are 9.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. The annual salary is Circa £25,000 PA with an outstanding benefits package! 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Search existing database to match candidates to roles
  • Onboard new candidates
  • Create travel plans for contractors
  • Upkeep of CRM database
  • General administrative tasks

Experience, attributes & skills sought: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within a customer/client-facing role
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Competent user of MS Office
  • Desirable -experience with CRM / ATS software
