Our client is a well-established engineering organisation with multiple sites across the Southwest. They are currently seeking a Part Time Sales Administrator to join their team at their headquarters in Taunton. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in assisting the sales team, executing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Promptly handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with the progression of sales and purchase orders
  • Inputting quotations into the CRM system and following up on them
  • Maintaining up-to-date sales and warehouse filing
  • Replying to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Taking advantage of any further product or personal development training opportunities
