TITLE: Temporary to Permanent Administrator - Immediate Start

LOCATION: Taunton, Somerset

HOURLY RATE: Up to 12.50 per hour (DOE)

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week

Our client, a well-established family run business are seeking a process driven and well-organised individual to join their friendly and welcoming team. Working in a close-knit team you will be responsible for providing a range of administration and customer service duties to ensure the smooth running of the office. This role is being offered initially on a temporary basis with the view to become permanent for the right candidate therefore you must be available immediately.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and assisting with queries
  • Booking appointments and sending confirmations
  • Scheduling engineers
  • In-putting customers details onto the system
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Scanning reports and documents onto the system

Essential skills and qualities:

  • Confident and polite telephone manner
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Strong IT skills
  • High work ethic, excelling in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer care skills and willingness to go the extra mile
