Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Location: Taunton, Somerset

Salary: Up to £32,000 PA

Hours: Part or full time hours will be considered

As a Payroll Administrator, your role will encompass:

  • The complete processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls from start to finish
  • Handling and submitting Workplace Pension Contributions
  • Collating necessary payroll data from clients and providing payslips
  • Advising clients on PAYE amounts due to HMRC on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Preparing and submitting Contractors Monthly Returns, along with payment statements for clients

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience in payroll administration
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Familiarity with payroll software such as Brightpay and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
