Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Location: Taunton, UK

Hours: Full-Time / Monday - Thursday, 9am-5:30pm / Friday, 8:30am-5pm. (Offering 2 days working from home after probation).

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Our client are seeking an experienced administrator to join their close-knit team at a Letting Agency based in Taunton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all letting activities comply with current legislation and industry standards.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related documents, including tenancy agreements, safety certificates, and inspection reports.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits of property files and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Training: Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for staff.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide support to clients and tenants regarding compliance-related queries and issues.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the creation and updating of compliance policies and procedures.

Experience

Must have administration experience and be happy to work within a fast-paced environment.
