Job Advert: Compliance Administrator

Location: Taunton, Somerset

Salary: 24,000 - 27,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday 37 hours. Flexible on start and finish time.

About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our client's team in Taunton. This role is pivotal in providing professional support and maintaining positive relationships within the compliance department. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of tasks, including researching, drafting, training, and enforcing compliance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team inbox and allocate tasks to team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
  • Organise meetings, including agenda points, action points, and minutes.
  • Perform administrative duties such as drafting and editing letters and reports, copying documents, and assisting with mail merges.
  • Handle database tasks, including client and contact setup and data changes.
  • Create and evaluate reports for senior team members.
