PROJECT MANAGER - MAJOR DRYLINING PACKAGE 80,000 + Car + Benefits | Taunton

Walker & Sloan are exclusively working on a significant "Project Manager" position with one of the UK's leading drylining specialists. Having met with the Operations Director this week, I can share that this role offers exceptional earning potential and genuine career progression.

The Project: You'll be taking control of a c. 12M drylining package within a new 125M development. Starting in March 2024, this 18-month project includes specialist radiation-proof partitions and high-spec clinical areas. You'll be managing a directly employed workforce of 45 with additional specialist subcontractors.

The Package:

  • Basic salary up to 80,000
  • Performance bonus up to 15,000
  • 6,000 car allowance
  • Private healthcare
  • 26 days holiday Additional project completion bonus available based on performance metrics.

The Company: My client is a specialist contractor turning over 85M annually, with a 25-year track record in healthcare construction. They've secured a further 40M of work in the South West, making this an excellent time to join. They're known for their stability - their average Project Manager stays with them for 8+ years.

Your Background:What's crucial is your ability to manage large-scale drylining packages and lead sizeable directly employed teams.

Location: The site is easily accessible from the M5, and they offer flexible start/finish times. Many of the current team commute from Bristol, Exeter, and surrounding areas.
