New Homes ConveyancerTaunton or Bristol | Leading New Homes Team

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with one of Taunton’s leading New Homes Teams, who are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join either their Taunton or Bristol office. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, thriving environment where you can take ownership of a diverse caseload. We welcome applications from junior conveyancers, exceptional conveyancing assistants, or experienced fee earners with transactional experience working towards qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload, primarily focused on property sales via auction, transfers of equity, and business client transactions.
  • Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of each transaction, from reviewing key documentation to managing completion and resolving client due diligence issues.
  • Proactively drive forward each transaction, ensuring a clear understanding of client requirements and recognising the unique elements of their instructions.
  • Liaise with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient progress throughout each transaction.
  • Collaborate with the wider team, including assistant-level support, to deliver first-class client service.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold high-quality service standards on all matters.

What We're Looking For:

  • A driven individual with 12 months experience in conveyancing or a related legal role.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Experience managing sales via auction, transfers of equity, and transactions for business clients is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
