Are you a recent Graduate looking to start your career as a Quantity Surveryor then look no further!

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who are a Leading Steel Fabrication and Structual manufacturer.

Principle Responsibilities for the Graduate Quantity Surveyor :

• Estimating architectural metalwork
• Reading architects and engineers drawings
• Obtaining supplier quotations and negotiating
• Preparing quotations.
• Liaising with clients to discuss the tender submissions
• Attend Site visits and Client meetings

Person specification:

• Qualified to HNC or Degree level with a relevant engineering subject
• A good level of mathematics
• An interest in engineering and steel structures
• Good level of IT skills
• Self Motivated
• Good communicator

This is a full time permanent Graduate position with an annual salary up to 30,000 plus annual company benefits to include a 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
