A driven and ambitious candidate is required for a sales negotiator vacancy in an established, market leading, Taunton Estate Agency with OTE up to £30,000.

A super opportunity has arisen to join a very well established and busy Independent firm in the Taunton area as a sales negotiator. Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team. Obviously, some property experience as a sales negotiator is preferred for this role although a strong sales background may also be considered. If you have property valuations experience this would be an advantage although not essential.

You will be very target focused and able to deal in all ends of the market with the ability to sell and continue to drive business forward with your team. You will need your own car for appointments.

Duties Include:

  • Registering new clients and managing the existing database
  • Booking appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Carrying out viewings and valuations (if an experienced valuer)
  • Giving vendor feedback
  • Sales progression if required
  • Property take ons (if trained)

Package in region of £20,000 basic with realistic OTE in region of £30-35,000 to include individual commission, mileage and pension.

Hours 8.45am to 6pm Monday - Friday (one hour for lunch) and every other Saturday 8.45am to 5pm (one hour for lunch) with time in lieu thus a 5-day week. Contact Fran Kent in confidence for more information.
