Rare Opportunity to Join an Established & Thriving Estate Agency based in the Taunton area as an experienced WFH, Hybrid or Office Based Sales Progressor partly working for the Taunton office with a salary up to £32,000 pa depending on experience.

Our client is a well-known estate and property agent in the busy market town of Taunton. They are seeking an experienced sales progressor with relevant property experience to join the team. You will be used to working in a busy environment and work well under pressure, be super organised and come from a property or conveyancing background. You should also live within commuting distance of Taunton as you will be required to attend meetings weekly in their office.

  • Previous experience essential - in sales progression, estate agency or conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential property sales process and associated legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent admin and IT skills and experience

Hours: Full time, Mon - Friday 8.30 - 6pm (though currently to 5.30pm

Location: Office based and remote working option

Salary: £32,000 per annum depending on experience
