Senior Negotiator required for Quality Estate & Lettings Agency in the Taunton area with superb earning potential for an established lister including high level uncapped commission. Commission is individual so be the master of your own financial destiny!
Our client, a successful and well respected firm, have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency negotiator to join the team in their Taunton office. This is a very busy office so they are looking for a polished, energetic and dynamic individual.
You will already have an excellent track record in property sales and carrying out market appraisals and be comfortable in dealing with a wide range of properties from £70,000 to £2,000,000. You must be of smart appearance and be a real team player always ready to step in when needed as well as proactive and organised. You must also have good IT and admin skills and have your own car.
In return our client is offering a competitive salary which is negotiable dependent on the candidate. Having recruited for this agent for many years we are confident in saying they are highly competitive in the area due to the business levels they achieve.
