Working for a leading professional services firm in Taunton, Somerset who have a growing customer base.
Your new role
Working at head office within the finance team you will undertake the following duties for your clients;
- Inputting expenses, invoices, credit notes and other journals.
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing payment runs
- Dealing with multiple client and supplier queries
- Coding invoices to the General Ledger and cost centres
- Reviewing aged creditors
- Liaising with auditors at year-end
- Payroll
- Liaise with clients regarding queries
- Complete anti-money laundering process for new and existing clients
What you'll need to succeed
Working with a range of different clients you will need to be flexible and show great initiative. Previous accounting experience is a must, ideally you will be AAT Level 4 qualified and be familiar with personal and business tax regulations, VAT and PAYE.
