Reed are thrilled to be supporting a well-established business with their search for a Finance Assistant.
The role is based in their head office in Taunton but will require travel between sites across Somerset and the South West.
Essential criteria:
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Comfortable travelling solo across various sites
- Strong excel skills
The role:
- The maintenance of bank mandates for all group accounts, including liaising with the banks used and keeping records of signatories. Changing these when necessary and always ensuring sufficient cover
- Liaising with sites to maintain bank mandates for all related bank accounts, again ensuring sufficient cover
- Managing the Petty Cash accounts and processes for all accounts and moving all legacy accounts to the correct bank.
- Ordering bank cards and opening accounts as necessary.
- Auditing the use of related bank accounts at all sites on at least an annual basis
