About Us: Reed is committed to providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students at this excellent, independent school for pupils with ASD and social emotional needs. We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teacher to cover a maternity leave for one term. This role involves teaching various subjects to small learning groups and providing 1:1 support. Classwork will be set, and you will be supported during your time with the school, but they require someone full time and there may be the opportunity for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Individual Support: Provide tailored 1:1 support to students, addressing their unique learning needs.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
