These are permanent, full-time positions working 37.5 hours per week, including weekends, working as part of our dynamic shift rota based in rural Somerset, near Taunton. The hours of work are flexible and will include earlies, late and night shift working patterns – therefore, we need you to be flexible. You do not need previous experience as the client offers excellent training and certified support, and the role is all about finding the right people with the right attitude to caring for others.
About the Service Facility: We are dedicated to supporting individuals in our community to live fulfilling and independent lives based in Taunton. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including washing, bathing, dressing, and assisting with toilet care.
- Support clients in managing their daily activities and promoting independence.
- Develop and implement personalised Care Plans.
- Maintain accurate health-related records and documentation.
- Assess and manage risks to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to provide holistic care.
