Support Worker
Temporary Contract | 20+ Hours
Salary: 13 - 14.50 per hour
Location: Taunton
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing person-centred care in a nursing and residential setting. Your role will be essential in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of residents, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
Shifts Available:
- Days, Nights & Weekends
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Work alongside nursing staff to follow personalised care plans
- Promote residents' independence and dignity
- Maintain accurate care records
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a care role
- Medication administration experience (desirable)
- Up-to-date mandatory and practical training
All roles are subject to a successful enhanced DBS check.
