ASB Case Manager

We are seeking an ASB Case Manager to deliver a proactive and people-focused approach to tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) and creating safer communities.

Role Overview:

  • Investigate and resolve ASB, nuisance, and hate crime cases within social housing communities.
  • Take ownership of a caseload of ASB cases, supporting victims and enforcing appropriate actions.
  • Act as the lead officer for hate crime and domestic abuse cases, ensuring proper intervention and support.
  • Provide training on ASB legislation, policies, and best practices to internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with police, community groups, and partner agencies to prevent and reduce ASB.
  • Gather evidence, prepare witness statements, and attend court when required.
  • Oversee the administration and management of approximately 2,800 social housing properties.
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws, safeguarding procedures, and data protection policies.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in ASB case management within a local authority, housing, or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ASB legislation, housing law, and enforcement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a varied caseload.
  • Experience in working with external agencies and legal professionals.
  • IT proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate case records.
