Home Based Supervising Social Worker - £40,000

NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating and an excellent reputation, in order to help them find an experienced Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.

They offer a good salary that can get up to £40,000 per annum plus performance related bonuses that will increase your pay even more.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 foster families located around the Somerset area. The role involves just supervision of the foster families, so you will not be completing Form F Assessments on top.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
