Are you an Embedded Software Engineer who is looking for a new role within an exciting company that will offer you not only technical training but also substantial clear paths to progression.

This company design and develop computer-controlled test solutions for the global aerospace and defence industry, as well as Rail, Oil and gas, and other high-tech industries. Established for over 25 years, they are now looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join the team.

Within this role, you will design, develop and verify embedded software for their products, contributing to code reviews and maintaining unit tests to ensure software quality. You'll troubleshoot performance and functionality issues, provide time and cost estimates for firmware projects, and manage project scope, budget and timelines. Additionally, you'll review technical specifications for accuracy and completeness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Bare Metal Embedded C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M, familiarity with Git and Python, and knowledge of protocols like UART, SPI and Ethernet. They bring strong skills in architectural design and are adept at creating and executing test and qualification specifications.
