Change Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a marketing leading manufacturer of surgical technologies in the recruitment of a remote working 3PL Specialist for their Biosurgery division. Working with the Director of Supply Chain you will be responsible for ensuring that the relationship and service provided by the 3rd Paty Logistics Partner is running smoothly.Responsibilities include:

  • Be the point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding daily business issues concerning the 3PL partner.
  • Daily tracking and follow up of all customer orders; particular focus on orders that have not shipped within agreed lead times.
  • Arrange and monitor shipments to distributors and wholesalers worldwide.
  • Ensuring all required documentation is in place for the 3PL, and queries are handled in good time to prevent delay.
  • Handling claims/complaints and escalating issues when required and appropriate.
  • Supporting  the 3PL manager on various projects.
  • KPI optimisation and adherence to the agreed KPIs.
  • Participation at quarterly business reviews with the 3PL Partner and be willing to travel for in person meetings.

This is a busy role requiring someone with experience within Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devises due to the complex nature of shipping and documentation.
