Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Taunton Town Centre
Salary: Up to 25K DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1-hour lunch break)

The Company:

You will be responsible for covering a busy reception area and should be comfortable with lone working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a high standard of service
  • Scan and manage incoming post using their electronic filing system
  • Open and update client files
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Liaise with clients professionally
  • Prepare meeting rooms

About You: The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build successful working relationships. You should take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and have an organised and proactive approach to your work.
