This full-time role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively within the firm. The focus will be on delivering outstanding legal services, ensuring that client needs are met, and expectations exceeded. This position is ideal for a driven individual ready to contribute to our ongoing success and expansion.Salary:Competitive salary, subject to negotiation depending upon your experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consistently excellent legal services, exceeding client expectations.
  • Comply with Solicitors Regulation Authority’s ethical standards, maintaining strict client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Undertake fee-earning work independently and as part of a team, contributing to department profitability.
  • Manage private client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust and Estate Administration.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while fostering connections with third-party referrers.
  • Contribute to department growth by expanding the client database and marketing firm services.
  • Record all chargeable and non-chargeable activities in the firm’s time management system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to cross-refer work and clients within the firm.
  • Manage financial aspects of matters, including cash flow and billing.
  • Maintain organised, up-to-date files according to firm policies.
  • Identify and pursue fee-earning opportunities proactively.
  • Seek professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines and firm policies.
  • Fulfil additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
