My client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their conveyancing team in Tavistock, Devon.

Main duties will include:

• Dealing with initial instructions from clients.• Assisting with processing residential conveyancing cases.• Drafting Contracts.• Pre and post completion work.• Land registry applications.• Completing transactions and legal research.• Liaising with clients, Lawyers and third parties

This role requires:

• Strong administration skills.• You must be computer literate• Ability to work in a process driven work environment.• Excellent communication skills.• Good team player.• Self-motivated.• Ability to keep a clear head under the pressure of critical deadlines.• Knowledge of Conveyancing process (essential)
