Refuse Loader – £12.21ph – Immediate Start – Tavistock

Are you looking for a rewarding role in your local community? We are currently hiring Refuse Loaders to join our team at the Tavistock depot.

This physically demanding role is perfect for individuals who are fit, active, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a close-knit team.

Pay:

• £12.21 per hour

• Paid weekly

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Start time: 07:00am – Job and finish

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual collection and loading of household waste

• Assisting the driver with bin loading and waste handling

• Supporting street cleansing duties, which include heavy lifting and movement

• Collaborating with the team to ensure timely route completion

Requirements:

• Previous experience in refuse collection is desirable

• Must be able to commute to Tavistock for a 07:00am start

• Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry heavy bins and waste items

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and perform manual labor
