About The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students, helping them to feel safe, confident and engaged in their learning. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing in-class support to help students access learning in a way that meets their needs

  • Assisting with personalised learning strategies to reduce anxiety and build confidence

  • Supporting outreach programs to help students transition back into an educational setting

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and families to create a supportive network

  • Helping to implement strategies that encourage social and emotional development
