Position: Lead Project / Site Manager
Location: Teddington, London
Salary: 70k / 300 per day

Client
Our Client are aspecialist healthcare main contractor with a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects within the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking an experienced Lead Site Manager/Project Manager to oversee a 2.5 million refurbishment of a medical centre based in Teddington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the site team to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.
- Coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Monitor progress, report on performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the management of site logistics, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Mentor and support junior staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a No 1 Site Manager/Project Manager, ideally within the healthcare construction sector.
- Strong understanding of refurbishment projects and related regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are essential.
- A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
