Repairs AdministratorRichmond£32K Hybrid We are seeking a skilled Repairs Administrator on behalf of our housing client to manage and enhance their repairs service. This role is central to ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high property standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main contact for repairs services, keeping customers updated throughout.
  • Oversee escalated and high-risk repair cases from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, contractors, and suppliers to resolve repairs efficiently.
  • Manage short-term decants and access for larger repair projects.
  • Monitor repairs budgets, track performance, and suggest service improvements.
  • Handle complaints, assist with data requests, and manage purchase orders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service experience, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and repairs obligations.
