This established, growing, charity based events organisation requires an administrator to support the wider events team and day to day objectives. You will help with event registrations, website updates, emails and telphone calls and assist with logistics of multiple events.

As Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and processing delegate registrations
  • Updating websites and event apps
  • Handling telephone calls and emails
  • Distributing regular email marketing campaigns
  • Providing a supportive administrative role to Conference Managers/directors

The successful candidate for the role of Administrator will:

  • Have strong admin experience together with high level Excel skills and MS Office
  • Previous events/conference not essential
