About the Role -

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute engaging fundraising events, medical conferences, and community-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event logistics, stakeholder engagement, and creating experiences that inspire action for medical causes.

Key Responsibilities -

Plan and manage fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and charity-focused medical annual conferences.

Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets that align with fundraising and awareness goals.

Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and program scheduling.

Collaborate with nonprofit organisations, sponsors, healthcare professionals, and volunteers.

Drive event marketing, social media promotions, and attendee engagement strategies.

Manage registration, ticketing, donor relations, and post-event reporting.

Stay updated on trends in charity and medical events to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications & Skills -

3-5+ years of experience in event planning, non profit fundraising, or corporate event management.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Experience working with medical charities, healthcare organisations, committees, charities or advocacygroups is a plus.

Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management abilities.

Familiarity with event software (Eventbrite, Cvent, Hopin) and fundraising platforms.

Passion for making a difference in the medical charity sector.
