Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Middlesex
Salary: £55k - £70k
My client, a well-established IFA company, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager. Please note that for this role you would need to have a background within the financial sector. You will be responsible for managing the company's daily operations and making sure that everything runs smoothly. You will be office-based, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work!
Experience required to be an Operations Manager;
- Experience as an Operations Manager is required
- Your experience must be within the financial sector
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Operations Manager Duties;
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business
- Maintain and implement operational policies, procedures
- Ensure regulatory compliance with FCA guidelines and other relevant financial regulations.
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting and expense control.
- Work closely with support staff and financial advisors to streamline the delivery of client services.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers, including platforms, compliance consultants, and service suppliers.
- Oversee IT systems, CRM software, and other operational tools, ensuring they support business needs.
