Telesales Account Manager

100% office based

£26k - 28k Basic bonus average £1500 per month

Prospecting

Leads are generated by contacting existing customerr to discover their financial needs and asset purchasing plans primarily by telephone and a CRM system to support the activity.

Account Management

The long term aim is to become a trusted advisor to all things business finance to our customers, This is achieved by supporting them through multiple projects where we supply them with funding, explaining the various financial products available to them, helping with existing agreements and keeping them updated on new products or other business finance information

Person Specification

  • Outbound B to B sales or B to C Sales
  • Strong verbal communication for rapport building during telephone work
  • Good written communication for introductory correspondence and ongoing development work
