Horizon Teachers are working with an exceptional Primary and Nursery school based in Richmond, assisting in their search for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The school is easily accessible via public transport and offers outstanding facilities for their staff and pupils.

You will join an experienced and supportive team, supporting pupils with a range of SEND on a 1:1 basis and in group settings.

What do the school require from you?
  • Experience in an EYFS or Primary setting.
  • Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, or a good understanding of SEND.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confident and able to use your initiative.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
  • Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.
