Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers to provide quotes and set up insurance cover.
- Make outgoing calls to customers who have shown interest through various sources to offer quotes and arrange cover.
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling policy inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience selling and managing home insurance policies in the past 2 years.
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience using the Open GI broking platform.
- CII qualifications.
