As a StaffNurse (RGN), you will:
- Lead a dedicated care team to provide high-quality care.
- Promote independence and dignity for all residents.
- Work full-time, option of 36 or 48 hours per week, on a rotating schedule of days and nights.
- Be required to work alternate weekends.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
