We're recruiting for a Payroll and HR Admin Assistant. Based in Teddington, this is a permanent full time role, Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm. The role offers flexible working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

As the Payroll & HR Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing administrative support across various aspects of Payroll HR, and L&D function. You will be responsible for managing payroll processes and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager, People Business Partners and the wider People Team.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You must possess a collaborative team spirit, positive attitude and the desire to build relationships with a range of people. With strong administration skills, you will understand the importance of good planning, organisation and execution in a fast paced environment.
