My client based in Teddington requires a Planning Manager to manage the planning and administration team across their repairs contract.
Duties include reporting on performance accurately ensuring stakeholders are aware of contract performance on a monthly basis, and working with other teams to achieve a high standard of service to customers, making sure that targets are met and action is taken to improve where needed.
You’ll have experience working in social housing repairs in a similar role, with the ability to manage a team and work with stakeholders to deliver an excellent service, as well as experience in setting goals with an eye for identifying where improvements can be made.
Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced DBS check may be required if offered the position.
