Hybrid working preferably full time, based in the UK with rights to work in the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the global People team
- Implementing HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Managing complex employee relations and organizational change
We are looking for a visionary leader with:
- Extensive HR experience in the UK and internationally
- A proven track record in strategic HR management
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of those affected by poverty
