You must be an experienced recruitment professional (minimum 12 months proven track record of success), making White Collar either temporary or Permanent placements within construction or working for our blue collar division.
You will be a self motivated, go getter with drive, enthusiasm and passion who will rise to the challenge and strive for success. As a Recruitment professional you will be a proficient communicator (both verbal and written) and comfortable negotiating at Board level. You will also possess excellent interaction skills, you will be a keen business developer and capable of a full 360 role.
Targets are realistic and achievable; target focused and eager to progress within the company.
