Reports to: Recruitment and Compliance Manager- IMMEDIATE START
The full-time position is 5 days/ week office based in Sutton and Teddington.
Main Function of the Job
To maintain skills at the current level, and undertake training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices up-to-date.
To provide leadership to the recruitment functions of the company.
To organise and co-ordinate the recruitment activities in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulation under the direction of the Registered Manager and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time.
To organise, co-ordinate and deliver field-based recruitment including job fairs and off-site interview sessions.
Place and manage all recruitment advertising.
Respond in a timely manner to all candidate enquiries.
To pre-screen all candidates prior to interview.
Review and analyse CVs using online search sites.
Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact candidates.
To maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
To liaise with the Training department to ensure candidates receive appropriate induction training for their role
Conduct all interviews and manage the compliance process including new -recruit paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job.
To raise concerns as appropriate to the Recruitment and Compliance Manager.
To participate in the completion of Key Performance Indicators
To ensure staff receive regular supervision and employment files remain up to date.
Main Duties
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Registered Manager and Recruitment and Compliance Manager.
Support an open, positive and inclusive management culture.
Participate in the evaluation of the recruitment function against agreed organisational goals, and business and quality objectives.
Work to establish effective employer employee relationships.
Minimise legal risks.
Assist in the formation and improvement of recruitment procedures across the services.
Work in a cost-effective manner.
Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise.
Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Ensure all staff and client documentation meets the Key Lines of Enquiry set out by the Care Quality Commission.
Qualifications
Recruitment Experience required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of recruitment requirements inline with regulatory bodies.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
