My client based in Teddington is looking for a Repairs Surveyor to provide a responsive property surveying service for their homes.
The role involves conducting technical surveys, managing repairs, and monitoring void properties.

My client based in Teddington requires a Repairs Surveyor to deliver a responsive property surveying service across all of their homes to make sure customers are kept safe.

Duties would include carrying out technical surveys on properties and providing advice and managing delivery of works and major repairs and disrepairs projects, as well as scoping and monitoring void/empty homes and properties.

You’ll have experience of surveying with a residential property environment and will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of building maintenance and diagnostic techniques as well as resolving long standing damp and mould issues.
