A highly reputable and successful firm of chartered accountants based in Teignmouth is searching for a Senior Accountant / Client Manager to join their team as a key addition in a mixed accounts/tax and wider service support role to the managerial/director group with opportunity to carve a career and progress within this growing firm.

Client Details

Based in Teignmouth this accountancy practice is undergoing really positive growth having experienced around 40% growth over the last 18 months, with plans and vision in place for further growth. The firm acts for very wide ranging clients across varying industries acting for wider ranging industry sector OMBs, SMEs and corporate limited company clients, along with acting for smaller sole trader and partnerships. Average clients are typically up to around the £1million mark in turnover, with some of their larger clients up to £10 - £12 million in turnover. The firm uses Tax calc and has embraced cloud/online accounting across Xero/ Quickbooks etc. Excellent career progression prospects are on offer here within a well established firm of accountants. Full or Part time hours are equally of interest to explore and the firm offers flexible hours, competitive benefits and salary.

Description

Joining as Senior Accountant / Client Manager based from the firms Teignmouth offices you will senior, lead and manage the hands on delivery of accounts, tax, VAT, bookkeeping and wider services to clients across varied industries and turnover ranges. Along with developing client relationships, taking on increasing client portfolio and management responsibility, working on wider advisory/business services and delivering wider project work as you develop and carve a career within this firm you will also lead, develop and mentor the wider team. A progression path is on offer and there is opportunity to carve an influential key role within this firm.

Profile

You may be qualified across any of AAT, ATT, ACA / ACCA etc, or have developed your career through experience only to date, with a career background within accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to around the Senior / Client Manager levels and be looking for a challenging new career opportunity.

Job Offer
