We believe that the key to a successful pub is building a strong community around it, a social hub, and a place where friends can come together. Therefore we have an amazing opportunity for a dynamic, friendly and energetic couple to take on a small town centre, wet led pub although ready to add a food operation.
Situated in Torquay, with the opportunity to build on the local trade and maximise its potential.
We are looking for two people who can provide a front of house offer together with the experience to add and manage a food operation for the business.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience of running a busy pub
- . Be able to provide a fantastic fresh food offer
- Proven ability to drive sales, manage a team and keep both staff and customers happy
- Passionate and knowledgeable about food and drink
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering against key measures of sales, profit, guest satisfaction and business presentation
- Develop and maintain a fantastic food service
- Develop and maintain a motivated team with high standards and good morale
- Conduct regular stock control and identify areas where improvements could be made
- Ensure the property and customer experience is maintained at the highest possible levels.
