Specialists in their market, the UK business is managed with a high degree of autonomy, making this a great move for an experienced and self-motivated, manufacturing finance professional. The RoleReporting directly to the MD this all-encompassing, high profile and rewarding role offers breadth, responsibility and opportunity. As a respected member of the UK Senior Management Team you'll oversee all aspects of Finance for the UK business, including leadership of the Finance and IT teams. In all areas you will strive continuously to improve, innovate and collaborate in the pursuit of efficiency and excellence. Responsibilities will include:
  • Financial Reporting to local management, group, shareholders and external stakeholders
  • FP&A - Prepare and presents budgets, forecasts, corporate and other financial plans
  • Business Partnering - Cross functional support and financial expertise to support decision making
  • Financial Controls and Integrity
  • Company Secretarial duties
The Person
  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Leadership experience within a manufacturing setting
  • Exposure to both SME and larger, corporate environments
  • Confident and credible to operate and influence at an executive level
  • Sound technical acumen
  • Commercial thinker, able to switch from the detail to the "big picture"
Package
  • Basic salary to £80,000pa
  • Fully expensed car or £13,000 allowance
