Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement robust financial processes, controls, and systems to support rapid growth.
Collaborate with leadership on long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.
Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, investors, and banks.
Ensure compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate financial risks while driving efficiency and cost optimisation.

About You:We’re looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving financial success in a cutting-edge industry. The ideal candidate will bring:

A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) gained within a Big 4 or Top Tier Firm.
Ideally making your first or second move from practice.
Show consistent career growth.
Have a background supporting Tech, Start-Up, Scale-Up or AI related companies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a flair for building scalable systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Experience of working with US GAAP as well as UK reporting standards.
