  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement robust financial processes, controls, and systems to support rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, investors, and banks.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while driving efficiency and cost optimisation.
About You:We’re looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving financial success in a cutting-edge industry. The ideal candidate will bring:
  • A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) gained within a Big 4 or Top Tier Firm.
  • Ideally making your first or second move from practice.
  • Show consistent career growth.
  • Have a background supporting Tech, Start-Up, Scale-Up or AI related companies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a flair for building scalable systems.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience of working with US GAAP as well as UK reporting standards.
