Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Telford
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate with relevant Manufacturing industry experience and working knowledge of SAP.
We are seeking a confident Management Accountant to join an established business based in Telford. In this role you will work directly with the Finance Manager and Head of Finance to implement processes and maintain smooth running of the accounts, company wide! This is a global business and is widely recognised in its market. We are looking for a bright individual that will hit the ground running and seize every opportunity that comes their way!
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Collaborating with the Head of Finance to build data analysis across various business areas, including sales performance, working capital, profitability, operation performance and cost control.
- Conduct rolling analysis on a weekly/monthly basis as required.
- Assist with external audits (Financial, Quality, Customer).
- Support forecasting and variance analysis to budgets throughout the business.
- Identify and investigate areas to improve company profitability.
- Work alongside the Finance Manager to complete monthly Management Accounts.
Ideally, You Will:
- Hold a relevant degree, such as Accounting & Finance, or by AAT qualified.
- Must be a driven candidate that will hit the ground running and grab the bull by the horns!
- Must have previous working experience of Management Accounts.
- Advanced Excel skills are desirable with the use of graphs, charts and dashboards.
- Previous experience working on SAP would be ideal, however is not essential.
