You will play a vital role in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a fantastic hands on opportunity to work in a successful finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Accounts payable.
- Accounts receivable.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
- Assist with external audits and tax filings.
- Preparation of vat data for submission for external partners.
- Preparation and submission of payroll data
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Navision Axapta,Microsoft D365) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
